Frequently Asked Questions

You can send your paper NHS prescription to us by post at our registered address. Alternatively, if you have a digital NHS prescription, your GP can nominate 365Med as your preferred pharmacy using your NHS number. Contact us for more details.

Once your prescription has been verified and dispensed, we aim to dispatch within 1-2 working days. Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected. We use tracked delivery services so you can follow your parcel.

If a delivery cannot be completed, our courier will attempt re-delivery or leave a card. We will also contact you directly to arrange a suitable re-delivery time or an alternative collection arrangement.

Yes, we dispense both NHS and private prescriptions. We do not offer online prescribing — all medicines are supplied only against valid prescriptions or under authorised Patient Group Directions (PGDs).

We aim to provide the highest standard of care. If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, please contact us by phone, email, or in writing. We will acknowledge your complaint promptly and aim to resolve it within 10 working days. If you remain dissatisfied, you may escalate to NHS England, the GPhC, or the Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman.
