Our Services
365Med, operated by 365MED LTD, provides NHS and private pharmacy services in accordance with UK law and GPhC professional standards. Medicines are supplied only against valid prescriptions or under authorised Patient Group Directions (PGDs).
Prescription Services
We do not offer online prescribing. All prescription medicines are supplied only when we have received and verified a valid prescription from an authorised prescriber. We reserve the right to decline to dispense any prescription if there are clinical or safety concerns.
Distance Selling
365Med provides pharmacy services at a distance, including NHS and private prescription dispensing. We verify patient identity, check prescription authenticity, and ensure all medicines are clinically appropriate before supply.
Delivery
Medicines are delivered using secure, tracked services. If a delivery cannot be completed, we will arrange re-delivery or collection. We are not responsible for delays caused by the postal service or circumstances beyond our control.
Returns
For safety reasons, we are unable to accept the return of dispensed prescription medicines. Non-prescription products may be returned in unopened, original condition within 14 days of receipt. Please contact us to arrange a return.
Website Use
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not use this site in any way that is unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent.
Liability
365MED LTD shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of our website or services, except where required by law. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
