At 365MED LTD, we accept private prescriptions issued by any registered UK clinician and can dispense and deliver your medication swiftly and discreetly to your door. Below you will find everything you need to know about sending us your prescription.

Electronic Private Prescriptions

When a clinician issues an electronic private prescription, it can be transmitted to us securely through approved e‑prescribing platforms such as SignatureRx or similar regulated systems. These platforms allow prescribers to send prescriptions directly to our pharmacy in an encrypted, tamper‑proof format.

Once received, our team verifies the prescription promptly and begins preparing your medication without delay. Electronic prescriptions offer the fastest and most convenient way to get your treatment processed.

Paper Private Prescriptions

Some clinicians still provide traditional paper prescriptions. These can be sent to us in several ways:

• Posting the original prescription directly to our pharmacy at 48 Warwick Street, London, W1B 5AW
• Uploading a clear photo or scanned copy as an initial reference, followed by posting the original document as required by UK regulations
• Using a clinic collection service, if your prescriber offers one

Once the original document arrives, our superintendent pharmacist verifies the prescriber’s details and dispenses your medication in line with all GPhC regulatory requirements.

Dispensing and Home Delivery

After your prescription—electronic or paper—has been fully verified, our pharmacy prepares your medication and arranges secure home delivery. All items are packaged discreetly and shipped using trusted couriers to ensure safe and timely arrival.
